Decluttering and home organising in West London, at your pace

Judgement-free decluttering, home organising, hoarding support and deep cleaning, with someone who's been there.

I'm Kari, a home organiser. I come to your home and do the sorting, clearing and organising, with you or for you, one cupboard, one room or one bag at a time. You make the decisions; I do the work. Nothing leaves without your say-so.

The consultation is free, with no obligation at all. Nothing is ever booked during it; bookings are always confirmed by message or email.

You don't need to tidy up before I arrive. There's nothing you could show me that I haven't seen, or lived myself.

No application form, no hoops. Just message me.

"She works extremely hard and, most importantly, she listens... completely at your pace and always goes above and beyond."

"...those thoughtful little details that she knows both my son and I would love, making everything feel so personal and special. It's not just about organising the house; it's about creating a space that feels right for us."

"Nothing is too much bother. Always very reliable and very kind. I normally feel a bit awkward having peeps round my house, but feel totally at ease with Karina and David."

A calm pair of hands

When the house feels too much, whether it's clutter, hoarding, or the aftermath of depression, you don't need a lecture. You need someone calm beside you, sleeves up, no judgement.

Hoarding support · When life feels too much

Lived experience, not theory

I've spent decades around mental health. My own, and others'. Four years as an NHS Lived Experience Professional. Two as a Recovery College Peer Trainer. A Peer Support Award for Creativity and Innovation, given by the colleagues who do this work too.

For years I made my own journals by hand, for my own anxious and low days. That journal is now printed: the Self-Soothing Journal, my anxiety journal.

100% consensual support

Your home, your pace, your decisions. I'm here to help, never to take over. We start where you say we start.

A space your nervous system can rest in.

Not a tidy room. A home you can settle into.

We've all felt stuck at one point or another. Depression, self-neglect, ADHD overwhelm, grief. Healing Spaces is decluttering and home organising made for those moments, with a deep clean when your space needs it.

The work is about more than sorting things out. It's empowering you with the tools to maintain a space you can feel proud of. Tidying up has become my superpower to fight depression, and I've made it my mission to help others do the same.

where to begin

A free initial consultation.

The easiest way to see if we'd work well together. A free chat, by phone or video, or in person if you’re nearby, whatever feels easier for you. We talk through what's going on, what you'd like help with, and how I work. No paperwork, no commitment, and you decide what feels right next.

The first chat is always free. After that, sessions start at £55 an hour, or £50 if you pay early, and I hold a few discounted slots each month for people for whom the full rate is out of reach. See full pricing.

A message is easier than a call, and there's no pressure to reply fast. The consultation is free, with no obligation at all; nothing is ever booked during it, and bookings are always confirmed by message or email. Prefer to start with printables? Free printables here.
