How much does decluttering cost in West London?

It's £55 an hour, or £50 an hour if you pay early (you can pay in parts, as long as it's all in by then), the same for every hour. The first consultation is free. After that, a session is at least two hours, so £110, or £100 paid early, and a full day (six hours) is £300 paid early. You always know the cost of the time you book, you only pay for the hours we actually work, and every session is judgement-free and goes at your pace.

Is the first chat really free?

Yes. The first chat is free and with no obligation. It’s remote (by phone or video), or in person if you’re within our travel area (40 minutes of W13 by public transport). We talk through what feels most urgent and plan what comes next together.

How much does decluttering or deep cleaning cost?

The same rates apply: £55 an hour, or £50 if you pay early. Bigger jobs are planned together: we agree what matters most and how much time to spend, and you only pay for the hours we actually work. Move and transition support works the same way, by the hour; bigger moves often take a full day (6 hours, £300 paid early), sometimes more. Tell me what you are facing and we will work out where to start.

What does ongoing support cost?

Gentle ongoing support is regular three-hour sessions, £150 each paid early, at the rhythm that suits you: once a month (£150), fortnightly (about £300 a month), or weekly (about £600 a month). You can pause or cancel any time.

Can you bring a second person for a bigger job?

Yes. Some jobs go better with two of us: £55 an hour each, so £110 an hour for the pair, or £100 if you pay early, the same for every hour. The second person is David, who works alongside me: practical strength (lifting, carrying, DIY and tech), a second pair of eyes, and lived experience of ADHD himself. He's DBS-checked, and the decisions about your home always stay with you. Two of us for 4 hours is £440, or £400 paid early (you save £40); a full day for two (six hours) is £660, or £600 paid early (you save £60). I'll always say up front when a job needs two, and we agree it together before we book the time.

How much will we get done in a session?

I can't tell you that, and I won't pretend to. Most people expect things to go faster than they do, and it's usually only once we start working together that the real size of a space shows itself. Sometimes the opposite happens and we fly through far more than we hoped. So instead of promising, we agree what matters most and how much time you want to spend, and I make every hour count. You pay for the hours we actually work, never more, and we never carry on past the time we agreed without talking first.

Can you help at short notice?

Often, yes. When a date has landed on you, an inspection, a move, a deadline, I'll rearrange what I can, including evenings and weekends where needed. Short-notice work is £75 an hour, or £70 if you pay early, because we genuinely rearrange things to make it happen; the same rate for every hour, and we still agree the priorities and the time together before we start.

Do you cover my area? Is there a travel charge?

I'm based in Ealing (W13). Travel within 40 minutes of W13 each way by public transport is included in the rates, which covers my regular patch: Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith, Acton, Brentford, Chiswick, Shepherd's Bush and more. Further afield is nearly always possible: I come by minicab, door to door, and pass the fare on at cost with no margin. What it comes to depends on where you are, so send me your postcode and I'll get a fixed quote from our local firm when we book. It's one amount, agreed when we book and paid with the booking. If the session doesn't go ahead (cancelled in time, or by us), the travel is refunded in full. Sessions that far out are at least three hours, so the journey is worth it. Never a surprise on the day.

What if the price is a barrier?

A small number of community slots each month are held at a reduced rate for people whose circumstances make the full rate out of reach. There's no application form. Just message me. A community partnership rate is also available for clients referred through NHS, social work, or charity teams.

Do you charge by the hour?

Yes. It's £55 an hour, with a two-hour minimum per session (three hours further out than 40 minutes from W13), the same rate for every hour. Pay early and it's £50 an hour; that's the only discount. A full day (six hours) is £330, or £300 paid early.

How does it work, step by step?

A free chat first: we agree what matters most and how many hours to book. Then we work together, and you only pay for the hours we actually work. Pay early and you get the lower price, my thank-you.

How much is online help?

Online, by video, is £50 an hour, or £45 an hour paid early, by the half hour, from 30 minutes, so no travelling. It covers planning and Sorted for Good finding: I find a short list of pieces for your space, your style and your budget, talk it through with you, and order. We agree a ceiling first (often an hour or two), and I check in before going past it. The pieces are at cost, and you approve the price before anything is ordered.

What does paying early mean?

Your bill paid in full by 11.59pm on the day of your session, or any time before, weekends included. You can pay in parts, and the first part you pay when you book counts, as long as the total is in by then. The standard rate is £55 an hour; paid by then it's £50 an hour for every hour, extra time on the day included, as a thank-you. If we finish early, you get back the time we didn't use, at the rate you paid.

How payment works

Bank transfer, with the details sent when you book. To confirm a booking you pay the first part of the price, at the lower rate: £100 for a session in person (2 hours, twice that when two of us come), £140 for an urgent booking, £22.50 online (30 minutes). It's part of what the session costs, never an extra.
